By accessing or using DropZi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
DropZi is a platform connecting buyers and sellers of pre-owned goods. We provide Living and Luxe marketplace modes, listing tools, optional inspections, and related features. DropZi is not the seller of items listed by users unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Listings & transactions
- Sellers must accurately describe items, including condition and defects.
- Buyers and sellers negotiate and complete transactions per in-app flows.
- DropZi may remove listings that violate policies or applicable law.
- Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeits, and restricted products.
5. Fees & payments
Certain features (subscriptions, contact unlock, inspections, ads) may incur fees. Prices are shown before purchase. Third-party payment processors handle transactions.
6. Inspections & trust badges
Inspections and badges indicate process completion at a point in time; they are not warranties unless expressly provided in writing.
7. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant DropZi a license to display, distribute, and promote listings within the service. Do not upload infringing or harmful content.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, harassment, spam, or circumvention of platform fees.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API access.
- Misrepresenting identity or item authenticity (especially in Luxe mode).
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". DropZi disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropZi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or user transactions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required by law.
