Prices shown on Dropzi are set by us or partner vendors.
Taxes and delivery charges may apply.
We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, etc.).
We do not store full card or payment details.
In case of incorrect pricing due to a technical issue, we may cancel or revise the order.
Refunds are handled as per Dropzi’s Refund Policy (on website/app).
We may issue refunds in cases of:

Missing items
Failed delivery
Refund mode may be:
Original payment method
Wallet credit
Coupon/voucher
Cancellation by the user may be restricted once preparation has started.
You agree NOT to:
Abuse, harass, or threaten delivery partners or support staff
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
Create multiple accounts to misuse offers
Publish offensive, abusive, or misleading content
Such actions may lead to suspension or legal action.

Text
Images
Code
Designs
…is the property of Dropzi.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish without written permission.
Dropzi may include integrations with:
Payment gateways
Delivery partners
Restaurant vendors
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of such third-party services.
Dropzi is not liable for:
Delays in delivery
Vendor mistakes (wrong item, taste, quality)
Losses due to technical issues, outages, or system errors
User errors (incorrect address, unreachable contact, etc.)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropzi will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
You may stop using Dropzi at any time by deleting your account.
